T E A M SPIRIT

About me
I am Kathrin Franke and now the world is my home, because my job has made me both flexible and financially independent, allowing me to live a lifestyle that I never even dared to dream of before.
My professional journey began with a degree in ecotrophology. However, I found my passion in mentoring, where I now coach a wide variety of characters on a daily basis and help them realise their potential. Personal growth, health and sustainability take centre stage here. And by the way, our actions make the world a little greener. An absolute dream job, if you ask me, from which you too are only one decision away.

MY STORY
back to beginning
In the past? - I was considered an introverted, shy girl with a lack of self-confidence. Since my teenage years, various illnesses have repeatedly brought me to my knees. I lost myself in a maelstrom of self-doubt, hopelessness and the classic victim mentality of "why me?" But in my early 20s, I decided to accept all strokes of fate as a challenge.
I didn't want it to be my limit, but a stepping stone to greater things. I eventually started a degree in nutritional science. However, an internship during my studies, as well as numerous part-time jobs, quickly made it very clear to me that I wasn't cut out for a 9-to-5 job with rigid working hours, bad-tempered colleagues, only working towards the weekend/holidays, overtime and zero appreciation.

The solution: traditional self-employment with a café - thats what I thought. However, I soon had to admit to myself that 24/7 self-employment with a high investment risk and being tied to one location in Germany didn't feel right for me. Totally "lost", I was looking for any straw that would match my values and ideas about my life. Broke but smart, I had fortunately never allowed myself to get carried away by curious offers of quick riches.
Finally, a person came into my life who offered me exactly this opportunity! Almost too good to be true, but if only 10% of what she said was true, then that was my ticket to freedom. And so, alongside my studies and my part-time job in a bakery at the time, I started my second part-time job - with SUPER scepticism and a lot of critism & headwind from friends and family!
Spoiler alert: Today, this person is my mentor now. I am now a leader myself for a team of over 700 different characters, who I coach to become international leaders and help realise their potential. I love my job and I get tingles in my stomach when I think that I can be that straw for you too.

Yes, because with the chance i got I was able to pack my stuff at the end of 2020 and moved to Portugal - free, self-determined and independent. Now I'm living in the south of France at the beautiful Côte d'Azur.
